Pull Request Overview
This PR enables the OpenSSF Scorecard workflow to run on pull requests targeting the master branch, in addition to the existing triggers (scheduled runs, pushes to master, and branch protection rule events). The workflow was already designed to handle pull request events as evidenced by the conditional logic on line 33.
